Reagan turned 4 on June 23rd. Where did those 4 years go ? I can't believe that she's 4...she's still so tiny. She really doesn't look 4. She's going to be short like her mom that's for sure!!! :) We celebrated her actual birthday at Grandma & Grandpa's house and we had dinner there and opened presents. She got tons of stuff.
The following Saturday she had a little Princess Party and invited 7 little friends. They dressed up and played. They had a good time and she got Princess stuff galore.
