Happy Birthday Alex and other things

Alex turned 6 on October 30th. Hard to believe that he's not so little anymore. We had a family party and he got Disney Infinity, a BYU pillow pet and some little lego guys. He had a good day. For desert we got him a costco cake with ice cream on the side. He's so easy to please. Didn't even care what kind we got him.

The day after his birthday was Halloween. This year we decided to drive to California. We left Thursday morning and made our way to Las Vegas. We stayed in our Penthouse at the time share. We went shopping when we got there and then we took the kids to eat at the Bellagio for dinner. That was pretty fun.  We took Monster's University with us and watched it on the big screen.
The next day we finished off our drive to California and we went and saw Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2. We went to Paul's house and visited and hung our for a few hours and had dinner.  We were going to go to the Clairy Browne Concert, but it turned out to be too late so we had to miss it. Pretty bummed about it.

Saturday morning we went to Disneyland. That was pretty fun. Abel & Diana and the boys met us there and we spent the day with them. Paul met us there later in the afternoon.  It was a busy moving day but we all had a good time.

Drove back Sunday. It was a pretty easy drive.  We had a good time and the kids loved Disneyland as always.

The following weekend Christian and I went to Las Vegas with Brad, Jami and Davey. We stayed at the Montecarlo and had dinner at Mesa Grill. After Christian and I went to see Clairy Browne. That was such a good show!!!
