The arrival of the packing peanuts. Slowly started the packing process. Started off with China and other breakable items. Slowly started putting stuff downstairs as we packed along.
The stack of boxes slowly got bigger and bigger. More things starting to look empty.
We had a cool Book of Mormon timeline on this wall. We had to take it down and while we did that some of the dry wall came off. Christian had to patch it all up and we ended up having to paint the whole wall.
While taking apart Emalee's bed, Christian got hit by the ceiling fan. OUCH!!
Moving Day started off to a bad start. The truck was supposed to be ready by 7 am. It didn't get there until after 10:00. They took a bunch of money off but we started much later than we had wanted.
Joshua, Devon and Libby spent the whole day helping us. Who would have thought teenagers were so helpful when it was time to move? The Pynes also were there a lot of the day and their 10 yr old was a big help too.
Kind of sad to see it all being packed up and taken out of our first house.
The kitchen is pretty empty.
