Edinburgh

We drove out to Edinburgh a few weekneds ago.  We wanted to go to IKEA and see what other sights we could see while we were there. It took us just over 2 hours to get there. The kids did pretty good considering they didn't have a DVD player inside the van.  Yes, we have spoiled kids. ;)

We decided we would go to the Edinburgh Castle this time and we are glad that we did. It was incredible.  Most of the Castles we have seen so far are just ruins so you have an idea of what it looked like many years ago but it's not the same as if it were there.  The Edinburgh Castle is really there. It's like it's own town up on the hill top.
