Day 3

Well I have forgotten to take my camera with me the past few days. I would remember as soon as we drove away. I will make sure and put it in my diaper bag today!!
Monday was errand day. We took the kids to the mall and bought a bunch of stuff that we knew we had to buy. The plugs are all different here so we had to buy a new hairdryer, plugs for the computers, we are still looking for XBOX and Wii adapters...which is driving Jimmy crazy! We had to buy new chargers for our Nintendo DS's as well. They are very big and heavy!!

We had lunch at the food court. Pizza and chips (french fries) and garlic bread. EVERYTHING here comes with chips! Lasagna, pizza, pasta, jacket potatoes, you name it it comes with chips. Kind of funny. Good thing they taste really GOOD! :)

We went by our house and got the keys from the leasing agent. The kids fell in love with the house as did I. It's in a really good neighborhood and it has the cutest playhouse in the back yard. Reagan is so happy about it. I will take pictures as soon as we move in which should be Thursday. Internet is a problem there, we won't have it for 3 weeks so we are trying to figure out what to do about it. I need a cell phone but you need a UK bank account and a UK debit card. It takes over a week to get your debit card. It's a no win situation. UGH We may have to do the pay as you go cell phone but that means you have to buy the phone which isn't cheap.

Have I mentioned that EVERYTHING here is so much more money. No wonder the company compenstaes for that :)

We've eaten out for dinner every night we have been here. We had McDonald's once and then this family restaurant but in 2 different locations. They have a play land and the food is quite good.
Christian went into the office Tuesday for a few hours and then again today , Wednesday for most of the day so far. It's 1:00 and he's still not back. The kids and I are just hanging out and watching the 4 channels they have here. Good thing one of them is a cartoon channel. Dumb cartoons though!!

So that's about it. I got a new stroller that I'm very excited about. Those of you that know me know I have a stroller addiction. This one is the cream of the crop!! We bought it at one place but we are probably going to return it because i found it for 130 BP cheaper online. Have to try and save some money some how ;)

We are hoping the weather is nice over the weekend so we can take the kids to a few castles. Going to try out the church on Sunday so we can maybe meet some other families.
