On Sunday we drove out to Loch Ness & Urquhart Castle. We thought that it would only take about 1 1/2 hrs to get there...we were wrong. It was about a 3 hr drive ONE way!! At least it was a beautiful drive.
Loch Ness is beautiful and very big!! Unfortunately we didn't see good ole Nessie but the kids thought it was cool because they had heard about the Legend before.
We also went to Urquhart Castle which is right on Loch Ness. It was really neat to see the ruins and be able to walk around. Another cold/windy day. Mostly pics of Jimmy & Emlaee but the rest of us are in a few.

so this has sort of turned into a (very) extended vacation, complete with moving your whole house and everything, huh?

No, the rig isn't getting shut down, thank goodness..they would have kept him here if they did though. His boss had told him that.
oh well good... that would have kinda sucked. haven't talked to christian since right after you guys got there...
